Payoff System
The company pays the salary according to the worker's real work days, monthly the 15th is payoff date, it was last month's salary. If the payoff date meet festivals or holidays or day off, pay on recent workday. The company would trasfer the salary to the staff member's personal bank account monthly, the staff member can go to the bank to withdraw by the bankbook. Paid in cash to the member without bank account.
The salaries generally include three parts( salary of post, subsidy appropriate to a particular job and bonus), the salary is calculated with pretax mount.
Staff's salary consist of six parts by basic wage, subsidy appropriate to a particular job, post salary, overtime pay, full-attendance bonus.

C.When the staff’s position changed, its salary of post is adjusted correspondingly,the salary must be within the salary range of this service grade.
D.The staff member is thought to be lower than average level in working performance by the unit in examining at the end of the year, may be reduced the salary of post.
If position salary promotion, new post salary issue from the 1st next month,The salary of post is demoted, it was carried out from that month notifying that issue from the company.
The company can follow the staff member’perfomance to go up or reduce his salary of post promptly, in order to encourage the staff
The company sets up no the other post salary adjustmrnt form in principle besides this.
